Back Office

Back Office Modules are being used for the storage of the so called hard information. Think of turnover and cost that are being processed in the financial administration.

Characteristics of these modules are that information cannot be removed; they have to be counter booked.

Examples:

• When an invoice is incorrect, you have to issue a credit note
• When a wrong booking has been made; a counter booking has to be made
• When you issue a new quote, the system automatically will give it a new number, correction is not possible.
