Faster Forward has developed for your planning various tools to be used from within the dossier. Complaints, appointments and call appointments will therefore also be automatically saved in the dossier, in order for you to know exactly what you have done for your customer.

You can easily make appointments with the diary. Diaries can be put next to each other. The plan tool can be activated if you want to make appointments. With the aid of a postal code system you can search for all available colleagues and plan them in. With an easy colour chart you can observe the workload of each of your colleagues.
