You can scan in all your documents and save them in your dossier. You can either put the document in the dossier yourself or automatically offer them to the system with a bar code.

If you process your quotes you can beforehand make up a list of documents. Elements will monitor if these documents have indeed been returned. With one push on a button you can list this in a letter, in order to ask your customer to deliver the missing documents.

This administration has been provided with a HDN-DX module, in order to automatically process these documents.
